At Custom By Jords, we aim to dispatch each order within 3-5 business days. In peak seasons, this time period may be slightly longer however we always endeavour to reach these timeframes as best we can. 

Once the product leaves the warehouse, Custom By Jords is not responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping.

For free local Pick-ups (Sutherland Shire only!!!), use code LOCALPICKUP. Pick-up is from our warehouse in Kirrawee and is available 12-4pm Tuesdays and Fridays.
